MISSIONS

Your main goal will be to build and scale a high-performing SDR team to drive pipeline growth and support our revenue goals.

To do so, here are your responsibilities:

1- Coach & Develop SDRs

  • Recruit top SDR talent and build a collaborative, high-energy team culture.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive onboarding process for SDRs to ensure rapid ramp-up.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development to SDRs to help them exceed individual and team KPIs.

2- Drive Sales Enablement and Performance

  • Build and implement SDR playbooks from scratch to standardize best practices.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve SDR skills, including prospecting and objection handling.
  • Use data and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

3- Optimize Sales Processes

  • Manage and refine inbound and outbound lead processes to maximize efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure alignment on pipeline goals and lead quality.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve team performance and productivity.

4- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to align messaging and campaigns with SDR efforts.
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting on team performance.
  • Provide feedback to the broader sales team to inform strategy and planning.

5- Reporting & Forecasting

  • Own SDR team reporting, providing clear and actionable insights to leadership.
    Regularly forecast pipeline contribution to ensure alignment with company goals.
    Track and communicate team progress towards KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-have

  • Proven SDR Leadership Experience: You have 2-3 years managing an SDR team in a fast-paced, scaling B2B SaaS company environment (revenues growing 2x YoY minimum).
    London-Based: You are based in London, have the right to work in the UK and are willing to go to the office 2-3 days a week.
  • Sales Expertise: You've been in a closing role (AE) in the past and bring hands-on sales experience to the table.
    Playbook Builder: You have successfully built SDR playbooks from scratch and implemented them effectively.
  • Inbound and Outbound Mastery: You have experience managing both inbound and outbound sales processes.
    Data-Driven Approach: You use data to coach teams, optimize processes, and make informed decisions.
  • Consistent Results: You've demonstrated driving your team to consistently exceed goals.
  • Talent Development: You excel at identifying and nurturing great talent.

Nice-to-have

  • Technical Persona Experience: You're comfortable working with technical personas and understand their needs.
  • First SDR Leader: You have experience as the first SDR leader in a company, paving the way for future growth.
  • Experience with Open-Source or PLG Companies: You're familiar with selling to technical teams in developer-first companies.
  • Early-Stage Startup Experience: You've built teams or functions from scratch in a startup environment.
