About the role

As a BDR Manager you will lead and grow our European outbound BDR function, generating pipeline with potential customers from Mid Market through to Enterprise. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience building high performing teams that can drive outbound pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment. You'll have the opportunity to structure the BDR team and implement new strategies, while coaching, developing and driving success for the BDR team and in turn, for the wider organisation.

You'll be responsible for

  • Generate pipeline for Builder products through successful outbound sales strategies to drive top of the funnel pipeline
  • Ensure the team qualifies pipeline effectively to support Sales
  • Define personalisation strategies and create effective cadences/messaging to resonate with our ideal customer profile
  • Recruit, coach and optimise a team of BDRs, as well as structuring the team and designing territories
  • Assign and maintain daily and weekly sales metrics and and continue to track and analyse these in order to drive team performance
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, rev ops and enablement to maximise success for the team
  • Conduct regular data-based reporting to sales leadership
  • Ensure excellent sales hygiene and proper use of the CRM system and sales tools, for you and your team

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years managing a high performing BDR team in a SaaS organisation
  • Proven success leading an outbound BDR function, achieving set pipeline targets
  • Self-starter with proven track record of success
  • Experience in creating opportunities across all segments, MM to Enterprise
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM system) and other sales data and engagement tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Passionate and results-driven
