Your Role

What You'll Do for Agile Team as Scrum Master

  • As Scrum Master Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (Stand-ups, Refinements, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).
  • Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritised backlog.
  • Remove impediments, coach the team in Scrum best practices, and track delivery progress.
  • Track, analyse and assess test cases (Automated and manual).
  • Track defects through to resolution identifying required regression testing.
  • Support automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement in both delivery processes and software quality.

What you'll do as Software QA

  • Have a full understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and all its artefacts / Review Assist with production and issuing of Deliverable Documentation.
  • Ensure the Team understand and follow a Software Development Process
  • Understand and Track Requirements through Design, Test and Delivery.
  • Assure Software Quality by ensuring Tools are used and assessment of results (Static Analysis, Code Coverage, Peer Review, Coding Standards)
  • Maintain an independent reporting line on Software Quality to the Project and Higher Management
  • Integrate SQA/PA requirements into the Agile Process

Your Profile

  • At least 2 years experience as a Certified Scrum Master in software development.
  • Full understanding and working experience of the Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Strong background in software testing (manual & automated).
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, SonarCube, Jenkins,
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and QA best practices.
  • Great facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi Task
  • Team Player
