Schools Account Manager
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am - 5pm
Salary: £35-40k per year
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
Location: Based at our Head office in Farnborough
Start date: September
The School Account Manager is a hands-on role and will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with schools. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction, promoting the iRock School of Music's programs, and driving growth within the school sector.

iRock School of Music is dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives through innovative and inclusive music education. We teach primary school students to play drums, keyboard, electric guitar, and sing in a band, building confidence, well-being, and academic success.
Responsibilities
School Relationship Management:
- Meet company retention targets agreed at the beginning of each academic year
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner schools
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key school accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Lead & support customer experience with school account management
- Support operations with school accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly
- Conduct regular check-ins with schools to ensure satisfaction with iRock's programs and services
Sales and Account Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within our current accounts
- Present and promote iRock School of Music's programs to prospective school
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
Program Implementation and Support:
- • Coordinate with schools to ensure the smooth implementation of music programs
- • Monitor program performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Marketing and Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns targeting schools
- Represent iRock School of Music at school events, trade shows, and conferences
- Create and distribute marketing materials tailored for the school audience.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with school accounts in the CRM system
- Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends
- Analyse data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
About you:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer relations
- Experience in the education sector, particularly in managing school accounts, is desirable but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Passion for music and education
