Permanent role, 37 hours per week
£30,000 to £45,000 (Full time equivalent) dependent on experience
Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office in Halifax and/or Leeds West Yorkshire (HX2 & LS11)

Working as a Schools Partnership Manager the core purpose of your role will be:
- To play a crucial role in expanding White Rose Education's reach and ensuring that schools have access to our world class educational resources.
- Actively build relationships with schools across the globe, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their educational offerings

Requirements
The purpose of the role:
- The Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in expanding White Rose Education's reach and ensuring that schools have access to our world class educational resources.
- This position involves building relationships with schools, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their educational offerings.
Key accountabilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential schools and educational institutions that would benefit from White Rose Education's products and services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new business leads.
- Sales and Account Management: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to school administrators, teachers, and decision-makers. Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Product Knowledge and Training: Maintain in-depth knowledge of White Rose Education's products, services, and industry trends. Provide training and support to schools on the effective use of our resources.
- Negotiation and Closing: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts. Negotiate terms, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
