36 hours a week

Full time, Permanent, all year round (negotiable, based on experience)

Required: Ideally from June/July 2024 or September 2024

Honeywell Infant and Junior Schools are popular schools situated between Wandsworth and Clapham Commons. We are seeking an ambitious and energetic professional with experience to lead our school support team and provide effective management of our finances, health and safety, premises and human resources.

The successful candidate will have a key role in:
• Leading, developing and coordinating support services and providing high-quality solutions
• Ensuring the effective management, reporting and recording of finances, including budget planning and monitoring
• Procuring goods and services on a value-for-money basis to support education delivery within the context of regulatory frameworks and legislation
• Ensuring that services drive sustainability, support teaching and learning and community engagement
• Ensuring regulatory and legal compliance in Human Resources by managing, supporting and developing staff
• Supporting the development of a marketing and communication strategy which promotes the schools' aims and goals especially in pupil recruitment, stakeholder engagement and maximising income generation
