Willingdon Primary School are seeking an experienced School Business Manager to lead finance and operations 4 days per week (0.8 FTE) Term Time Only plus 3 weeks.

This strategic role is an important and highly valued part of our Senior Leadership Team, with overarching responsibility for all operational areas including: Finance, HR, back/front office functions, Premises and project management, Catering, ICT and the extended school offering.

The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of finance and HR within a school setting, experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams and outstanding project management and organisation skills. A school business management qualification is highly desirable and essential to progress to the top of the advertised pay scale.
