Overview
The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, customer expectations, and governance frameworks. The role involves full ownership of scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery in line with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Manage project resources, including planning, allocation, and coordination across teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation where required
- Engage and manage stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment, and expectation management
- Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and provide regular status reporting
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial controls
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery
- Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and reporting requirements
