The Role:

SAP S4 Project Manager position overseeing overall S4 Technical Upgrade project delivery (including wider lines of service outside of SAP e.g. infrastructure). Responsible for managing a project to achieve specified objectives. Involves the overall planning, coordination, and control of a project from inception to completion to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality. Manages scope, schedule, finances/budget, quality, safety, and change management.

Essential Job Functions:
* Assist in managing projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget.
* Collaborate with project teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and contribute to the identification and resolution of issues and risks.
* Participate in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
* Prepare and support the presentation of project status reports to stakeholders.
* Engage in continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
* Assist project managers in coordinating project activities.
* Participate in cross-functional project teams as needed.

Basic Qualifications:
* Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in SAP, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
* Proven experience in project and program management with SAP and S4 upgrades

+ Proven experience in project and program management with project vales £1M+ and team sizes from 5-15 delivery resources.

+ Proficiencies in project management methodologies, tools, and software

+ A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

+ Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 are a plus
