We are looking for an SAP Project Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with our customer and be the primary POC for all project management related queries and discussions.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Responsible for meetings/coordination with customer stakeholders, vendor and other support teams.
• Monitor project progress continuously and represent to the Leadership and governance meetings and update the status.
• Manage the project with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to Project milestones.
• Work closely with Workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient upgrade projects.
• Management and tracking of Risk, Issues, Dependencies and Assumptions via the project's RAID Log, and coordinate with the Company's Project Support resource to record in the Company RADAR system as appropriate.
• Organise and lead the Project stand up meetings, risk review meetings and weekly status meetings.
• Prepare a weekly status report in the PowerPoint presentation format and upload it in the Customer Microsoft Teams Project channel.
• Organise and lead the Project board meetings to provide clear status updates, any project board level RAID items and associated action tracking.
• Prepare presentation input for Project board meetings and upload it in the Customer Microsoft Teams Project channel.
• Manage deliverables/ or documentation review through to sign off with the Customer deliverable reviewers and approvers.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following experience:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• The ability to understand and share the feelings of customers, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
