Role - SAP Program Manager

Skills & Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Understands SAP Activate Methodology.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager in SAP projects with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience working in the Netherlands with a deep understanding of the local business environment and culture.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English both written and spoken. (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develops detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitors project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensures compliance with industry standards and best practices in SAP project management.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Completes assignments within budget, meets project deadlines, makes and keeps sensible commitments to client and team.
• Meets billing efficiency targets and complies with all administrative responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.
• Keeps project management appraised of project direction and client concerns.
• Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
• Explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
• Interpret requirements and apply SAP best practices.
• Identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope.
