Who you'll be working with
You will join the SAP Analytics Capability in Capgemini's Insights and Data (I&D) business unit. Insights and Data is a global business unit covering Enterprise Data Management, Cloud Platforms, Enterprise Content Management and AI & Analytics.
Our team is one of the largest and most successful SAP Data & Analytics teams in the UK delivering innovative SAP solutions and enterprise BI thought leadership to our clients.
The focus of your role
We are looking for candidates who are interested in bringing existing SAP Analytics skills context, supported through training as well as guided hands-on experience. As a Senior Consultant, in addition to developing innovative solutions for our clients, you will keep abreast of the latest developments in the data, analytics and data modelling products and offerings from other vendors and demonstrate a wider knowledge of data platforms and non-SAP and hybrid data ecosystems. You will provide guidance to clients and to internally to other resources. You may also offer insights to the wider community through blogs, articles and social media.

What you'll bring
Your core skill set will include the following:
• Minimum of 8+ years' experience, with multiple project lifecycles in SAP Analytics projects including SAP Business Warehouse (various versions inc. BW/4HANA), SAP HANA DW or Datasphere.
• Experience in architecting solutions with data from S/4HANA and model in Datasphere.
• Good to have experience working with Datasphere Spaces, Replication flows, Data builder and Business builder objects, Business content.
• Knowledge in SQL, DAC, administration, maintain authorizations, API-based connections, and BW Bridge in Datasphere is a plus.
• Experience working on Hybrid analytics architecture SAP + Non-SAP is significant plus.
• Knowledge on SAP BDC architecture concepts, pricing models, and integration with hyperscalers.
• Management of requirements gathering and design workshops with both business and technical audiences.
• Must be eligible for SC clearance or already has SC clearance & a UK national.
Additional skills of interest include:
• Awareness / experience of delivering solutions using non-SAP BI technologies (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker etc.)
What you'll do
• Help clients to define and implement their solutions for BI and analytics
• Manage delivery of SAP analytics projects or larger streams in large projects or programmes, particularly in S/4HANA transformations.
• Manage stakeholders, both from the client and internally, and help clients them define, classify, and prioritise their requirements and solution roadmap.
• Work with Capgemini technical and management consultants to design solutions that leverage SAP packaged content and solutions but also look beyond standard offerings and safeguard clients' core requirements and competitive advantage.
• Work with Capgemini consultants in the UK and abroad to deliver projects on time and to customer expectations.
