Working Hours: Monday-Friday 08:30am-17:00pm
The role...
The role of Sales Team Manager is really important to us. You will be responsible for day to day management of an outbound desk based sales team with a specific focus on the development and support of sales agents.
We would love to welcome you to our Ipswich office on the working days of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
What would your day look like?
- Coach, develop and mentor the team to drive enhanced performance
- Provide full management reporting of achievements against key KPI's
- Maintain granular understanding of Radius product portfolio - understand key features, advantages and benefits of each product
- Drive conversation to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive a steady flow of leads into the operation through campaigns
- Keep internal communications up to date and well informed
- Agile working practices to best support the team to meet/exceed their targets

What do we expect of you?
- Experience in a Sales Manager/Team Leader role, ideally in a contact centre environment
- Ability to pull together reports on targets v results for regular reporting
- Driven approach to support the team to meet and exceed both individual and team targets
- Display agility to be flexible and open to new ways of working
- Strong team building and relationship skills across both the internal team and external clients
- Keen to contribute with innovative ideas how to best perform and motivate the team
