Multi Product Sales Team Manager

Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 base salary + commission up to £12k

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Location: Eurocard Centre, Herald Drive, Crewe, CW1 6EG (5-minute walk from Crewe train station)
Holidays: 25 days per year, plus additional Bank holidays

Job Purpose:

The role of Muti Product Sales Team Manager is important to us. You will be responsible for driving the team towards the company directives within the Multi Product Sales department. We would love to welcome you to our EuroCard office where we work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm. You'll report into our Head of Multi Product Sales

Your responsibilities day to day will be...

  • Day to day management and development of the multi product sales team and team leaders.
  • Accountable for achieving sales targets across a range of products and services.
  • Leading and driving innovative ways to manage your customer portfolio through voice and digital campaigns.
  • Manage cross-selling opportunities to improve customer loyal and drive referrals into all our Radius Group products.
  • Performance management of staff to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Create a compelling environment to support Performance and Retention of people.
  • Innovate with new technology to deliver choice to our customer base on how they communicate with us and constantly strive to find ways to reduce our cost to serve

  • A comprehensive analytical skillset and excel skills are desirable.
  • Effective stakeholder management.
