Salary: up to GBP 60k basic, plus annual bonus up to 100% of basic

Location: UK remote, however, would require frequent travel to London Bridge HQ and client sites.

About the role

We're on the hunt for a driven sales professional to help take our team to new heights. In this role, you'll play a critical part in expanding our client base by selling our core RPO product alongside additional services across our target markets. Your focus will be entirely on client acquisition, making you a key player in delivering our ambitious growth strategy. With opportunities to work across multiple sectors and the EMEA region, you'll have the freedom to make a real impact while leveraging our specialist RPO, modular RPO, and Executive Search solutions to open doors and win business with small and mid-sized organisations.

About You

You're driven to succeed, a natural relationship builder, and a master of managing the sales process. With a proven track record of guiding prospects through the sales cycle, you know how to add value at every stage and close deals with confidence. This role will involve (but not limited to):

  • Drive New Business: Generate opportunities through outreach, networking, and events. With full support, you'll own your targets and accountability.
  • Work with Campaign Teams: Partner with marketing to develop leads and guide prospects through the funnel, ensuring you have the tools to succeed.
  • Own the Process: Lead your proposals from creation to contract, acting as the subject matter expert on each client. You'll focus on adding value at every touchpoint and guiding prospects towards confident, risk-free decisions.
  • Upskill the Team: Provide sales coaching and guidance to delivery teams while contributing to the growth of the business.

What we need from you:

Core Skills

  • Proven Success in Talent Solution Sales: A track record of success in talent-focused solution sales, showcasing your ability to identify and meet client needs.
  • Consistent Quota Achiever: Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a results-driven approach.
  • Trusted Partner for HR and Talent Leaders: Expertise in building strong relationships with HR Directors or Talent Directors, positioning them as key stakeholders in the buying process.
  • Proposal Design and Delivery: Skilled in crafting compelling client proposals and delivering them with confidence to win business.
  • High-Value Sales Expertise: Experience selling solutions with an Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) exceeding GBP 100K.

Beneficial Skills

  • HubSpot Savvy: Familiarity with using HubSpot as a Sales CRM to streamline and optimise sales processes.
  • Industry Experience: Background in Talent Solutions, Executive Search, HR, or HR Tech Sales, with a deep understanding of the field.
  • Microsoft Mastery: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, to create impactful presentations.
  • Strategic Sequencing: Skilled in crafting and deploying email and LinkedIn sequences, including developing strategies to maximise engagement.
  • Sales Methodology Knowledge: Well-versed in multiple sales methodologies, bringing flexibility and depth to your approach.
  • SRD Leadership: Experience as a Senior Recruitment Director (SRD) or in managing SRDs, providing leadership and guidance in high-performance teams.
