Salary: up to GBP 75k basic, plus annual bonus up to 100% of basic

Location: UK remote, however, would require frequent travel to London Bridge HQ and client sites.

About the role

We're looking for a sales professional to help us open new markets, expand our client base and drive innovation. Our Growth strategy is built on the acquisition, retention and expansion of our client base; you'll focus on acquisition.

The role is focused on finding and winning recruitment outsourcing business (RPO) within small and mid-sized organisations. You'll mainly be selling our core specialist RPO product, but you'll be able to leverage our partial RPO, Sourcing and Exec-Search products to open doors. You will be free to operate across multiple sectors and the EMEA region.

Most of your time will be spent working with the various teams in Growth to originate opportunities, with the potential to manage the Business Development Team for the right candidate.

About You

You're determined to succeed, you're an exceptional relationship builder and know how to manage a sales process. You're able to work with a prospect through the cycle to add value and reduce risk by conducting expert discovery. You understand the roles technology and automation play in sales and are an exceptional team player.

This role will involve (but not limited to):

  • Opportunity Generation & Development: Your main focus is creating new opportunities through networking and outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, events). You'll work with the team but own your targets fully.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Campaigns and Community teams to drive new leads and engage prospects. You'll shape strategies and get the support to succeed.
  • Proposal Management: Own proposals from start to finish, adding value and reducing risks for clients along the way.
  • Process Improvement: Work with Rev Ops and Growth teams to refine processes, automate, and elevate our approach.
  • Coaching & Development: Help sharpen our sales skills, lead our Business Development team, and coach delivery teams on delivering high-impact presentations.

What we need from you:

Core Skills

  • Solution Sales Success: Proven track record of selling GBP 100K+ talent solutions, consistently hitting sales targets.
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled in building relationships with HR Directors, Talent Leads, and Business Owners.
  • Proposal & Presentation Expertise: Capable of creating and delivering proposals that resonate with client needs.
  • Masterful Negotiator: Experienced in contract negotiations, from first discussions to signature.
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator Pro: Confident in leveraging LinkedIn to find, engage, and connect with key prospects.

Beneficial Skills

  • HubSpot CRM: Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
  • Industry Insight: Background in Talent Solutions, HR, or HR Tech Sales preferred.
  • Microsoft & Sequence Tools: Strong in PowerPoint and email/LinkedIn sequencing for prospect engagement.
  • Sales Methodology Knowledge: Familiar with various sales strategies, including experience as or managing SRDs.
