Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Estate Agent Sales Progression Manager and provide crucial support in guiding clients through property transactions. As a liaison between clients, agents, and solicitors, you will ensure smooth and successful sales processes.

Salary

£32,000 - £36,000 per annum

Location

Based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents to facilitate property sales
• Manage and coordinate property transactions from offer acceptance to completion
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on transaction progress
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the sales process
• Keep abreast of industry regulations and best practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in estate agency sales, administration, or negotiation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of property sales processes and regulations
• Track record of successfully managing property transactions

Day-to-Day

• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth sales processes
• Coordinate with solicitors and agents to progress property transactions
• Provide updates to clients and address any concerns or issues
• Stay updated on industry news and best practices

Job Type

Full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
