Sales Performance Manager

We are hiring Sales Performance Manager for our Northern Europe region. The individual will be entrusted with improvising organizational effectiveness and productivity, working in Sales Operations Excellence, the Sales Performance Manager will evaluate employee performance against Sales Plans, develop performance metrics and act as a Subject Matter Expert in this field. The Sales Performance Manager will ensure that Dassault Systemes strategies align with employee performance, translating the organisations Sales Compensation strategy to Sales Management, acting as a Business Partner and advisor to drive success, working closely with HR and Corporate teams.
Role Description & Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to align plans with go-to-market strategies and ensure fairness, clarity, and transparency, developing a comprehensive sales compensation strategy that aligns with our goals and revenue growth targets
- Provide regular reporting and insights to executive leadership on plan effectiveness and return on investment, and foster a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement
- Provide Sales Compensation guidance and deliver plans to monitor Sales Compensation Plan (SCP) distribution process, ensure compliance with the SCP guidance, understand and request any deviations documenting clearly the rational and request for approval for Sales Leaders if needed
- Validate the compensation plans of the leaders and their first-line Manager's against the sales quotas for Northern Europe, as well as compute and validate individual Sales & Services results
- Validate Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF); manage and document Windfall Review and Fair Treatments with local management, and participate to the definition of (Y+1) SCP Guidance
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, ensure correct documentation to facilitate the audit trail; and deliver a timely response to requests for explanations/corrections submitted by employees (ticket management)
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters qualification in Business, Marketing or Finance or a related field.
- Proven experience from in the Sales Compensation / Sales Performance domain, either from Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance; managing multiple sales channels and regions preferably within the Software or Technology industry
- Expertise in designing and managing complex sales compensation plans
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data and a detail oriented individual
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with engaging presentation skills with experience of driving change and implementing new strategies effectively
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills and ability to connect and negotiate with a senior audience
