Our client is a Manufacturer and Designer of Lithium-ion battery technology and specialises in energy storage solutions that enable sustainable and reliable energy management.

Their solutions help their customers to reduce energy costs, improve efficiency and transition to renewable energy sources by providing backup power, energy optimisation and off-grid solutions.

Head quartered in Sweden, but with worldwide operations, they are currently developing their UK commercial teams.

Responsibilities:

As part of the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our clients' market presence. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, nurturing relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in energy storage solutions, B2B sales, and a passion for sustainability. This role offers growth potential, with responsibilities ranging from customer acquisition to managing complex projects.

Qualifications:

Sales Experience in Energy or Technology Sector:
3+ years (junior level) or 5+ years (senior level) of proven sales experience in battery energy storage, renewable energy solutions, lithium-ion batteries, or a related technical field. Experience in telecommunications, industrial, or commercial power management sectors is highly desirable.

B2B Solution Selling:
Strong experience in B2B sales with a consultative, solution-based approach. Previous experience selling energy storage, power management, or renewable energy systems is essential.

Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of power systems, energy storage, lithium-ion batteries, and renewable energy integration. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients.

Global or Regional Market Experience:
Experience in selling energy solutions in emerging markets or internationally is a plus, especially in regions with unstable power grids.

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in energy management, power systems, or renewable energy is advantageous but not mandatory.
