The Challenge
We're searching for a data-driven, highly motivated Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic Sales Development and Customer Success teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales excellence and understands how data and innovation can create a huge impact.
Your biggest challenge will be optimising processes and implementing strategies that drive sales performance, and create enormous value for our existing clients.
The Team
The Sales team has been newly formed and consists of our Head of Sales (who you would report to), our Enterprise Account Manager as well as our Business Development Manager and SDR Manager positions that we're currently hiring for. You will also work closely with our Head of Customer Success and his team. We have big ambitions and are growing quickly.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our sales and customer success efforts, executing on strategy, optimising processes, and maximising revenue growth. Taking a data-driven approach, as we strive toward our goal of becoming the most crucial HR system in the world.
- Collaborating with our Head of Sales to define and execute effective sales strategies, including sales forecasting, goal setting, and target allocation.
- Working with our Head of Customer Success to define processes and strategies for effective renewal and customer satisfaction. Assist in implementing our CS CRM tooling.
- Working with Senior Content Manager to build effective tools and communication materials to be used at every stage of the sales and customer success process.
- Creating and maintaining sales reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline analysis, and revenue forecasting. Analysing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work with a marketing and SDR Manager to evaluate the effectiveness of outbound activity and lead generation to understand what is working well.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across all of our commercial processes.
- Optimise sales and customer tools, software, and automation systems to streamline operations. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with other departments to collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and process improvement.
- Work closely with sales, customer success marketing teams to develop and deliver training programs, playbooks, and collateral. Provide ongoing support to the sales and customer success team, including product knowledge training and process updates.
Requirements
- Experience within an HR, EdTech, or SaaS related company.
- Existing sales/commercial operations experience (or similar position).
- Strong technical knowledge and experience working with a CRM.
- Process and data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse and present data for senior leadership.
- Training and enablement experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working within a fast-paced environment.
- Growth mindset, eagerness, and the ability to embrace feedback to continue to learn, adapt and grow
