Sales Operations Manager

Overview

The primary responsibility of this role will be to manage the Account Managers to ensure they are supporting nsc's business and developing and enhancing sales opportunities.

Your office location will be at the NSC office in London.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the Account manager team and ensure they are providing the Account Directors with what is required to enhance, develop and close sale opportunities
  • Work closely with the Sales Support team
  • The ability and experience to engage with customer management teams on new deals in a sales operations leadership capacity
  • The ability to manage escalations and know when to escalate further to senior management
  • Being the escalation point for sales operations related issues externally to the customers and internally to nsc Business Units
  • The ability to work with senior management and be an influencer for new initiatives and efficiencies
  • An ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision making with senior-level audiences
  • Own key weekly, monthly, quarterly operational processes .....(Example but not limited to Sales forecasting quality and variances, Weekly quote generation, quote generation vs Purchase order conversion report)
  • Manage work assigned and day to day activities of staff...........(Example but not limited to Quoting queue allocations, Order processing, Weekly customer sales meetings)
  • Create and own robust reports & dashboards that measure and track company KPIs and Global Sales metrics
  • Reporting weekly to senior management on how the department is performing and where improvements can be made
  • Managing and ensuring all internal and external sales operations tasks are completed to the highest standards

Qualifications
