We are renowned within the Community for delivering events which bring people together with delicious food and warm and welcoming service. Our events range from weddings, to outdoor cinemas and not forgetting our famous social events, where we turn the place from a barn into a cool Bar with a DJ and dancers!

How we define success of a Sales & Operational Events Manager
- We are looking for a hands on, sales driven sales and events manager.... someone who will not only strive on securing events with us but also plan and deliver on the day for a seamless experiance for our clients
- Give every customer a hearty, warm welcome and make them feel like selecting our venue is the best choice they could have made for their event
- Understand the barriers of customers enquiring with us and helping overcome them to convert them to confirmed events
- Be driven to exceed targets and the want to deliver success
- Use your knowledge to duide our customers through the journey of planning their event no matter of size
- Build rapport with our guests and can chat to them beyond the small talk, it's how we take our visitors from customers to friends we see often
- Make them feel special, someone's Birthday or anniversary then you can go out of your way to make it an even more memorable event for them
- Collaborate with your team members to bring joy and happiness to each other's and our customers day
- Focus on the details, we have service standards because we know it's what brings order to what can be a very busy environment, if you can follow these steps coupled with your individual positive style then the magic happens
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record/experiance in sales generation and conversion incentivised with targets
