The Job Role

• To manage the hotel sales and reservations team
• To ensure the highest standards of sales and customer service delivered at all times

The Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience within Meetings and Events Sales
• To ensure maximum sales conversion of all enquiries and new business achieved at the venue
• Responsible for leading and motivating a reactive sales team to ensure maximum revenue conversion
• To build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service
• Create a fun working environment for the sales office and develop team members
