What you will do as a Sales Manager - Middle East

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with all customers to provide profitable and efficient account management.
  • Use reports, local knowledge, competitive analysis and networking skills to find new opportunities for the hotel.
  • Implement Sales Action Plans related to their marketing area as outlined in Personal Business Plan and overall business strategy.
  • To plan Sales trips, under the direct approval of the Director of Sales, Director of Sales & Marketing, to major feeder markets, calling on accounts within their specific marketing area.
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales on changing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of Hotel intelligence, competition, direct solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in their market areas. Arrange FAM and Site inspection trips to hotels by major clients and accompany clients.
  • To host and assist in client entertainment, familiarization. Adhoc travel to the region and sales department activities
  • To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required from time to time.
