Due to an internal promotion, Vantage are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team based in Lexus Preston. In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £68,000 including OTE plus excellent benefits.

This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.

About the Role

This is an exciting and challenging role, reporting to the Centre Principal, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the Sales Team by personally demonstrating and encouraging the skills and behaviours associated with the company and manufacturers brand values.

You will also be responsible for all sales activity to deliver profitability and customer satisfaction, working with teams across the centre and other dealerships to provide a seamless service to customers.

About you

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager who has:

- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding results

- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving abilities

- A valid drivers license
