We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join and lead our dynamic Existing Business team. You will play a crucial role in driving the continued growth and success of our organisation while establishing a market-leading presence in this arena.

Key Responsibilities
- Line manage and mentor a growing sales team, providing support and coaching to help them exceed individual and team targets.
- Monitor performance to track individual and team level performance against KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and addressing issues and underperformance.
- Accurately monitor budget and make suitable decisions and recommendations relating to resource allocation and tools required to increase performance.
- Design and deliver sales and CRM-focused training in both group and 1:1 settings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions and outreach initiatives to support sales objectives.
- Conduct routine audits and act upon findings.
- Proactively use data to support the identification of growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales initiatives, strategies and processes to meet and exceed company growth objectives.
- Regularly create and present sales intelligence and reports to inform future sales and marketing campaigns.
- Take ownership of team level standard operating procedures to support efficient workflows .
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Be accountable and maintain accurate, comprehensive records of all activities within the CRM system.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and customer-centricity within the sales team.
Other Responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of TQUK products and services, competitors and the educational landscape in general.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of TQUK internal processes, especially those related to the customer journey.
- Undertaking other duties considered within your skill and competence to assist the smooth running of the business as required.
- Championing the organisation's values at all times to model behaviours to wider team staff.
- Work collaboratively with other Leaders/Managers in the department and organisation to support and ensure company and team objectives are achieved.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, in particular sales-related line management, preferably within the education or training provider industry.
- Experience in working under pressure and comfortable working against defined targets and KPIs set.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Accurate pipeline management.
- Be organised and able to prioritise your workload.
- Have an analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret market data and trends to define strategic direction and growth within your area.
