An exciting opportunity has arisen at Management level to join the business, as we continue to grow across London. We are looking for a driven, energetic and motivational individual, with a track record of success in estate agency Sales or Listing and capable of fronting a business, building and training their team and creating a high volume and fast paced environment.

Sales Manager/Valuer/Lister
Location - Central London
Salary: - £80,000 -£150,000 OTE

Key responsibilities/skills include:
- Lead from the front.

- Build market share.
- Run a centre of excellence developing the next generation of managers.
- Confident and comfortable in managing a large estate agency sales team.
- Passionate about every opportunity.
- Work at pace without distractions.
- Be able to meet set personal targets whilst encouraging and managing the team to meet the business targets.
