As our Sales Manager, you will lead, inspire, and elevate your team to deliver exceptional results and unforgettable customer experiences. You'll be the driving force behind our sales success, combining strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.

Duties include:
• Manage the activities of the Sales Executives to achieve and exceed vehicle sales, profit targets,
• To "second face" customers to maximise sales and customer satisfaction
• Promote consistently high levels of customer satisfaction
• Have thorough knowledge of the complete product range including new technologies
• Provide coaching and training of all sales staff to improve their job performance
• Monitor departmental performance, ensure all departments are adhering to the sales process
• Ensure sales colleagues always provide the highest level of customer service.
• Have and maintain a high-level working knowledge of FCA regulations
• When dealing directly with customers, anticipate customer needs, and exceed customer expectation
• Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues
• Prepare morning meetings to be engaging, informative and moral building
• Ensure all Sales staff complete their allocated site work: Price Changes, flagging issues and straight lines
• Manage ongoing and pending deals to ensure efficient and smooth running of sales procedure

What do I need?

As an effective Sales Manager you will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in delivering exceptional results and should possess the management and leadership skills required to make a significant contribution to this business by creating an industry leading department. The role will suit an individual who is extremely well organised and thrives on exceeding financial and volume targets. This role will include an element of 'selling' to cover busy periods & absence/holiday.
