Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, New Forest National Park

Pay: c.£50,000 to 55,000 per annum plus commissions and bonuses

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for helping people find their perfect holiday home? We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Sales team at Green Hill; a picturesque Lovat Parks location set in the stunning New Forest National Park.

In this role, you'll guide prospective owners through the journey of holiday home ownership, build lasting relationships, showcase our beautiful park in the New Forest, and deliver exceptional service.

What will you do?

  • Take full accountability for leading a small sales team to drive results
  • Create your own sales plan with autonomy and manage centrally provided leads
  • Build relationships with current owners and holiday guests to create sales and part exchange opportunities
  • Work in partnership with the central marketing and communications team to translate our boutique parks offer into local sales strategies
  • Sell holiday homes and lodges with professionalism, integrity and in keeping with our values and with a strong focus on service standards
  • Develop leads by assisting with the creation of effective marketing
  • Ensure appointments and all administrative tasks are kept up to date
  • Work collaboratively across the parks with travel required as necessary

What are we looking for?

A real self-starter with proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and experience of managing a sales team in a holiday park environment.

We want someone who understands selling holiday homes on relaxing, boutique parks where the emphasis is on you to effect change and drive your own performance as well as your team's. You'll need to be able to demonstrate that you can build trust naturally and be comfortable in creating your own leads, as well as working with those generated centrally.
