We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Manager - FX to join our growing team. You'll be helping businesses in the UK streamline cross-border payments and access liquidity solutions, playing a pivotal role in Verto's growth by building strong client relationships, delivering tailored FX solutions, and driving significant growth in FX transaction volume.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and successfully closing intricate, long-cycle sales by skillfully navigating multiple stakeholders and building compelling business cases.
  • Developing and delivering highly persuasive presentations that articulate the unseen value and differentiators of the Verto product suite.
  • Spearheading Verto's outbound sales efforts, designing and implementing innovative strategies to secure new, high-value clients.
  • Strategically re-engaging and managing a portfolio of churned and dropout applicants to successfully convert them back into active, profitable clients.
  • Proactively identifying and executing opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the full spectrum of Verto products and services to maximize client lifetime value.

What You Need:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior business development or sales role, with a demonstrable history of successfully closing complex, high-value B2B sales cycles in the financial services, FinTech, or technology sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, including engaging with and influencing C-level executives.
  • High proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • A deep understanding of outbound sales methodologies.
