Sales Manager - Bar, Restaurant & Event Space | London
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus (DOE) | 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

A fantastic bar, restaurant, and event space in London is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality sales who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with clients.

The Role:

• Manage incoming enquiries, guiding clients from initial contact through to confirmed bookings.
• Conduct venue showrounds, providing expert advice to secure sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and private clients.
• Identify new business opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
• Attend industry events to network and represent the venue.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years' experience in a hospitality event sales role (bars, restaurants, or similar).
• Familiarity with CRM systems widely used in hospitality.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple bookings.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to spot and convert new business opportunities.
