A leading provider of premium commercial furniture solutions is actively seeking a new Sales Manager to join their growing team. They are dedicated to creating exceptional environments for businesses, and are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth within the commercial furniture sector.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the commercial furniture sector.
- Proven track record of successful sales management and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the commercial furniture market and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
