About the Opportunity
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to manage the new business sales team in the next growth phase. You are someone who has gained experience in B2B sales and is now looking to progress your career into team management.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting business expansion through strategic sales initiatives. This includes managing the sales process, building strong client relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are consistently met. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales planning, optimizing processes, and team leadership.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channels such as LinkedIn, legal directories, and industry research.
• Implement and track key sales metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and manage reporting systems for sales forecasting and performance tracking.
• Set team objectives and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
• Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team to drive high performance.
To be considered for this exciting role candidates will have:
- A proven track record in B2B consultative sales.
- Experience of working in a SaaS business is beneficial.
- The ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate and think on your feet.
- Good commercial acumen.
- The ability to influence, negotiate and build rapport.
