Your responsibilities day to day will be...

  • Coaching and mentoring sales agents to increase technical product knowledge and ensuring delivery of an excellent customer experience
  • Managing the day-to-day activity of the sales team - enabling agents to meet and exceed productivity targets
  • Running incentives for the team, ensuring a positive and fast paced sales environment
  • Developing and maintaining a suite of reports to allow agents and management to access real time data on performance against daily and monthly targets
  • Managing data and lead allocation to ensure the team have a pipeline of prospects
  • Working alongside the Head of SME & Mid-Market to develop the Radius Connect proposition to ensure we continue to meet our customers' needs

What experience / skills are we looking for?

  • Proven ability in Telesales Contact Centre Management
  • Self-motivated with the ability to 'hit the ground running'
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • A desire to hit targets to maximise your earnings
  • A quick learner with the ability to think on your feet
  • A committed and flexible attitude to the job and a team player
