Salary: £40,000-£60,000 OTE

About the Role: This unique dual role involves not only selling and delivering instructions but also leading our property sales team. We're on the lookout for someone who thrives on the thrill of sealing the deal but is also after a more flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Work seamlessly alongside your job share Manager from Wednesday to Friday, and every fourth Saturday.
• Excellent team management skills by leading from the front and setting the pace for our dedicated sales team.
• Managing a database of buyers.
• Assisting with valuations, winning instructions, and ensuring the continual growth of our fees.
• Superb organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, crucial for efficiently handling high volumes of deals.
• Proactively generate new business, adeptly handling a high volume and value of deals to contribute to the ongoing success of our sales office.
• Deliver a five-star word-of-mouth service, creating positive customer experiences that drive both new and repeat business.
