Salary: £20,000 (£40K OTE - uncapped)

Location: Manchester

Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.

Contract type: Permanent

Do you need automotive sales experience?

No! That's the best part! If you have strong experience working within a customer-facing position and you have a drive and passion for sales and hitting targets, then we would encourage you to apply! We believe in transferable skills and we will invest in your training and development from your first day to make sure you are as successful as you can be in your role. The only 'must-have' for this role is a valid full UK driving licence.

What will my day-to-day look like?

  • Working effectively with the sales team and the General Sales Manager, to achieve own and the team's monthly sales targets
  • Taking ownership of the customer's experience throughout the entire journey
  • Achieve a minimum of on-target sales every month and generate return business
  • Greeting and welcoming customers on arrival at the site
  • Check and maintain the sales pitch area
  • Manage the customer database and sales prospects
  • Complete the handover process of vehicles upon customer collection
  • Conduct post-collection calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Confidently and successfully upsell relevant products and promote 'same day driveaway'
  • Quality check vehicles prior to them being collected/delivered to the customer
  • Accurately check part exchange vehicles using an app
  • Assist our online sales team with 'CitNOW' videos, photographs and any other information required
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service levels as measured by NPS
  • Ensure customers are happy with their purchase and assist them on test drives
  • Provide quotes effectively and follow up within agreed timescales
  • Complete home deliveries as and when required
