BRM - Sales Enablement (Fitch Ratings) is currently seeking an Associate Director Project Manager based out of our London office.
BRM's global Sales Enablement Team is tasked with ensuring that Fitch Rating's Business & Relationship Management team (BRM) has the right resources in place to sell more effectively. The team seeks to improve BRM's ability to spend more time on revenue and value-generating activities and less time on admin-related tasks. The team focuses on improvements in BRM's processes, technology reporting, content, and training.

We'll Count on You To:
- Operational Support: Assist the Private Credit Business with Salesforce workflows and Qlik Dashboard requirements.
- Project Management: Lead projects from inception to completion, coordinating with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Business Head to prioritize the needs of the Private Credit Business Relationship Management team.
- Efficiency Optimization: Identify and implement operational efficiencies within the BRM process.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about general market trends to anticipate business needs.
- KPI Metrics: Develop methods to capture and analyze key performance indicators and metrics for the Private Credit business.
- Internal Relationships: Build strong relationships within the Business Relationship Management team to align Salesforce and SE objectives with team needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Enablement team, Salesforce and Data Analytics teams to achieve group objectives.
What You Need to Have:
- Project Management: At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- Salesforce Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Additional Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Forms is a plus.
- Previous knowledge of the Securitisation or Private credit markets a plus
