THE ROLE
We're seeking a dynamic and data-driven Sales Enablement Manager to optimise our sales processes and empower our commercial teams with the tools, knowledge, and content they need to succeed. This role is critical in driving revenue growth and enhancing sales productivity. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and product teams, ensuring alignment and maximising performance.
Carwow is a high-growth company, and you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategy and culture. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our value proposition resonates with both potential and existing partners.
Your success will be instrumental in accelerating our market dominance and driving the adoption of our innovative products and services.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling sales collateral, including presentations, pitch decks, and sales enablement materials. Leverage data and insights to create impactful content that resonates with our target audience
- Data Analysis and Insights: Gather, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate complex data into actionable insights for the sales team
- Sales Process Optimisation: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to streamline sales processes, improve efficiency, and increase sales productivity
- Sales Training and Development: Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs, including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and best practices
- Sales Tool Management: Manage and optimise sales enablement tools (such as Groove or similar) and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the sales team. Give tool example
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and revenue operations teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
- Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Proven experience in sales enablement or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and management tools.
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
