The Opportunity:

We're hiring a Sales Director to lead commercial growth with streaming platforms, SVOD/AVOD services, and major movie studios across the UK and Europe. You'll build and close high-value partnerships that shape how the biggest entertainment brands use CTV.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue with streaming services, studio marketing teams, and entertainment distributors.
  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of CTV and cross-screen opportunities.
  • Lead pitches, negotiate deals, and close complex partnerships.
  • Champion LG Ads' capabilities to entertainment marketers-from audience targeting to launch amplification and trailer media.
  • Represent us at industry events to generate leads and build relationships.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales experience with big media agencies and/or entertainment clients.
  • Deep understanding of CTV, digital video, or entertainment media buying.
  • Proven success exceeding revenue targets.
  • A strong network across agencies and key decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
