The Opportunity:
We're hiring a Sales Director to lead commercial growth with streaming platforms, SVOD/AVOD services, and major movie studios across the UK and Europe. You'll build and close high-value partnerships that shape how the biggest entertainment brands use CTV.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue with streaming services, studio marketing teams, and entertainment distributors.
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline of CTV and cross-screen opportunities.
- Lead pitches, negotiate deals, and close complex partnerships.
- Champion LG Ads' capabilities to entertainment marketers-from audience targeting to launch amplification and trailer media.
- Represent us at industry events to generate leads and build relationships.
Requirements:
- Strong sales experience with big media agencies and/or entertainment clients.
- Deep understanding of CTV, digital video, or entertainment media buying.
- Proven success exceeding revenue targets.
- A strong network across agencies and key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
