TL;DR Kharon is seeking an accomplished and top-performing full-time Sales Director based in London, UK to build out and lead a team of multi-layered sales professionals to serve the UK and European Corporate market. This is a fully onsite role and requires you to be in-office 4/5 days per week.

The Sales Director will encompass strong leadership presence with a successful track record of surpassing new business targets and be able to adapt to a dynamic environment with knowledge of our space

You will operate as a player-coach who exhibits a strong closing track record. Building rapport with some of the world's most high-ranking officials and corporate leaders, you will work to demonstrate Kharon's value, amplify Kharon's brand, and influence Kharon's prospects. Your ultimate success in this role will be dictated by your continuous and relentless pursuit of understanding the Kharon products and services and building out and managing teams of highly successful business development professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting + exceeding assigned monthly revenue targets.
  • Implementing repeatable strategies, such as identifying new territory management methods, identifying sales opportunities and trends, and devising innovative ways to generate sales leads.
  • Managing the UK sales team and closely collaborating with the CRO and VP of Sales on recruitment, performance management, training and forecasting in order to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Ensuring adherence to best-in-class standards while representing and amplifying the Kharon brand.
  • Working closely with the marketing and leadership teams to monitor and nurture potential expansion opportunities and development feedback for future product roadmap, client/prospect thought leadership, demonstration/presentation tools and proposals.
  • Reviewing and understanding Kharon's extensive customer onboarding process and resources in collaboration with others internally as needed.
  • Developing deep understanding and continuous awareness of Kharon's platform and capabilities, including all features, benefits and scope of services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and at least 2+ years of management experience.
  • Proven, foundational understanding of compliance regulations including anti-money laundering (AML), financial crimes and illicit financing (KYC), and sanctions.
  • Experience uncovering the needs of customers and the complexity of the buying process at multinational companies across multiple industries in the UK and Europe.
  • A consultative and value selling methodology that considers a deep understanding of clients' needs, challenges, and goals.

Reporting directly to the Global Head of Sales, you will be ultimately responsible for driving revenue growth, particularly as it relates to the UK and Europe. Essential to the scalability and success of the sales team, you will develop and implement repeatable sales strategies that enable increased market share and revenue expansion. Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities, you will work closely with the marketing, sales and client services teams to influence our business objectives and ensure the consistent attainment of revenue targets.

The base salary range at Kharon is set between £100,000-£125,000 British Pounds annually.
