Sales Director National
The Head of Sales for Corporate and G&S is accountable for, and actively involved with the development and implementation of a successful sales strategy across Corporate and G&S. They work closely with the CEO CR UK and the business leaders to ensure we deliver the best of Aon to our clients and prospects.

What the day will look like
- Utilising an extensive relationship network in the Commercial Risk Retail markets to identify, promote and secure new new business opportunities for Commercial Risk Retail.
- Actively and continuously promotes the Aon and Corporate and G&S solutions offerings and client leaders to the markets by driving the sales team to a high degree of external focus.
- Support the sales team and client leaders to identify areas of focus and where we can engage clients and prospects to build ongoing pipeline and new value.
- This will include the identification of markets, clients and solution development opportunities to meet future sales targets, operating with a fully qualified sales pipeline.
- Driving and maintaining a high degree of knowledge about the market; services offered; industry drivers; customer issues; and the competitive landscape.
- Supports the execution and fulfilment of "Delivering Aon United" within the Commercial Risk Retail business.
- Work with the Corporate and G&S leaders to develop strategies and plans aligned to business goals and ensure financial and non-financial resources are prioritised accordingly.
- Report on progress versus targets to key customers including, but not limited to, the CR Executive showing a clear understanding of the differing needs of these customers.
- Implement best practice across the sales cycle, increasing consistency and quality of delivery.
- Role model partnership, collaboration, integrity and respect to deliver the best of our firm to our colleagues and clients..
