Following a period of phenomenal growth for the DK Group, we are excited to announce we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to oversee sales for DK, Canelo and Sourcebooks. This is a pivotal and senior role, reporting directly to the UK & International Managing Director.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our UK sales strategy, driving performance and fostering a high-achieving sales culture. You will lead a talented and ambitious team of 20, ensuring they are motivated, inspired and delivering results. Your expertise in developing and maintaining high-level customer relationships, combined with a keen eye for commercial detail, will be essential in achieving our growth ambitions. We are looking for:

  • A natural leader with extensive sales leadership experience.
  • A strategic thinker with a breadth of strong market knowledge and the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Exceptional relationship building skills, capable of engaging and influencing key stakeholders at all levels.
  • A results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Passion for commercial detail, ensuring the team is aligned with key business objectives.
