Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a Sales Channel Manager - LSR, Catering and Vending to be based in London, UK.

The LSR (Limited Service Restaurant), Catering & Vending Channel Manager has the responsibility for defining and delivering the On Premise strategy across this key growth area for the GB Business. You will be responsible for building a world class team, capable of delivering our long-term objectives. Together with your team, you will be challenged to optimise Red Bull sales by maximising the distribution of the brand with key customers and agreeing and implementing the High 5 activation principals in the market. The role sits as part of the UK On Premise Management Team (OPMT). This role reports into the On Premise Sales Director.

- DELIVERING VOLUME & PROFIT TARGETS
Consistently achieve agreed volume and profit goals across all channels. Monitor performance trends and make strategic adjustments when needed. Inspire and guide the team to grow existing business and secure distribution from competitors. Lead the forecasting process with teams at key points throughout the year.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS
Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support On Premise strategy execution. Take a proactive approach to engaging with key contacts across priority customers, industry networks, and internal teams - including On Premise Management, Commercial Finance, Brand, Culture Marketing, and International teams.
- BUSINESS PLANNING LEADERSHIP
Play an active role in the annual business planning cycle. Use market insights and data to identify priorities in the Catering, Vending, and LSR sectors. Collaborate with the On Premise Management team to shape direction and strategy.
- COAHING & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
Coach and develop National Account Managers and Executives through a strengths-based approach. Leverage development tools to support individual growth and capability. Foster engagement and continuous learning within the team.
- LIVING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE
Act as a brand ambassador for Red Bull within the team and the broader On Premise network. • Maintain strong trade presence to stay close to key customers and evolving market dynamics.
EXPERIENCE

- Senior-level commercial expertise, with a focus on strategic Joint Business Planning (JBP) and complex negotiations.
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in delivering ambitious growth and profitability targets.
- Strong On Premise industry expertise with a clear understanding of evolving trends.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, influencing, and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with relentless focus on customer satisfaction and business results.
- Advanced Key Account management experience and end-to-end P&L ownership.
- Ability to operate and influence at board level, balancing strategy and operational excellence.
- Experience navigating complex, cross-functional environments and matrix structures.
- Strong commercial acumen paired with curiosity, creativity, and the ability to challenge the status quo.
- Travel 20-30%
