Sales and Pricing Manager

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), the Sales and Pricing Manager will drive business growth by overseeing both the Retail (DTC) Sales Advisors teams and the SDR team. They will ensure they receive the correct training, daily management, and support to achieve their targets.
The role includes reviewing the pricing analysis and product promotions on our industry-leading websites. This individual will play a key role in aligning sales strategies with company objectives to maximise revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Leader Retail businesses.
- Ensure alignment between sales activities and company growth objectives.
- Focus on delivering business annually through targeted outreach and strategic account development.
Team Management & Training:
- Oversee the daily management of both the Sales Advisors and SDR Sales teams, ensuring consistent performance.
- Design and implement training programmes to enhance team skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and support to maximise team productivity.
Pricing & Upsell Management:
- Review and keep the pricing within the retail arm of the business at competitive prices.
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing customer bases.
- Act as a point of escalation for key customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and campaigns.
- Liaise with Customer Service and Distribution teams to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address issues impacting sales or customer satisfaction.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular performance reports to the CCO, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Implement data-driven initiatives to enhance sales efficiency and conversion rates.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within and across teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Represent the sales department in cross-functional meetings, advocating for resources and support to meet objectives.
Health & Safety:
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment for the team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and report potential risks promptly.
- Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the sales teams.
Performance Standards:
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs related to Trade and Retail business growth.
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and accuracy in all interactions.
- Lead by example, upholding the company's standards and values in day-to-day operations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales management, with expertise in managing both B2B and B2C sales teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting sales data and using CRM tools effectively.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

Salary: OTE £45k (37.5k basic + Commission)
