Our vision is to be more than TV, building upon ITV's unique and winning combination of creativity and commercial strength, driven by investment in data and technology. Our ITV Commercial team is responsible for bringing in the £1.9bn worth of advertising that helps fund ITV's programming. A key element within this is our Creative Partnerships proposition. We are responsible for building brand activations around ITV programmes and channels using sponsorships, bespoke partnerships and digital partnerships to build impactful campaigns for ITV's clients, whilst also maintaining ITVs commercial profile across our clients & agencies.
The role
Our ever growing Commercial Sales & Partnerships team is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us! The Sales & Partnerships Manager supports ITV's Group Sales & Partnerships Controller and Deputy Sales & Partnerships Controller in profiling and selling all ITV assets, focusing on building strong agency and client relationships, particularly with planning teams and marketing departments.
This role drives creative partnerships and revenue growth by gathering business insights, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with the Client Strategy & Planning team. You will be responsible for hitting revenue targets, maximizing multiplatform opportunities, and ensuring ITV's offerings align with client goals. A deep understanding of ITV's capabilities and the ability to lead creative sessions and a passion for sales are key to success in this role.
Your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Selling ITV's sponsorship, creative partnership and other non-spot opportunities
- Expand ITV's reach beyond AV and content specialists, focusing on the Planning community and direct client relationships.
- Strengthen client relationships by gathering key business and marketing insights to align ITV's solutions with their goals.
- Position ITV as the go-to media partner for non-traditional, cross-media, and contextual campaigns.
- Support GSPC & DSPC in hitting annual revenue targets for Agencies, TAR, and Creative Partnerships.
- Develop and execute a client mapping strategy to prioritize key opportunities and meet annual KPIs.
- Collaborate with Client Strategy, Trading, and Creative Partnerships teams to boost cross-media revenue.
- Lead the execution of cross-media solutions in partnership with internal ITV delivery teams.
- Contribute actively to the "One Team" Sales and Partnerships community.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)...
- Experience at selling and delivering major partnerships, creating tailored cross-media solutions, and building strong relationships with senior agency teams and client brand managers.
- Can create and deliver engaging sales presentations to drive revenue and achieve revenue targets.
- Detailed knowledge of the media planning business and understanding of how to influence agency and client communication plans
- A proactive and energetic approach to engaging with and growing new to ITV or lapsed ITV clients across the GSPC's agency portfolio

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to pivot quickly as client needs or market conditions change.
- Able to identify business challenges and creatively address them with tailored solutions.
