Job Description

We're looking for a Senior EDQ Sales Specialist to join a thriving, driven and supportive team covering a specialism in our Healthcare sectors, supporting specifically across our Data Quality and Governance propositions.

The Sales specialist will focus on cross sell and upsell opportunities in this key sector and bring insight to the business on what clients want helping us evolve our proposition. You will focus on growing our client base, securing new prospects and expanding the portfolio across our full data quality and governance portfolio. The sector will not only consist of direct customer engagements but also our established partner channel, running with some key strategic engagements.

Reporting into our Sales Manager You will be part of an established, successful and collaborative team who value and support each other to succeed. You will experience balancing multiple sales opportunities as participating in many internal activities which range from meetings to sales-driven incentives.

The position requires you to manage the entire sales process from deal qualification to close. The Sales Specialist must have experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, be determined to succeed, with a willingness to learn and develop, with a hunter mind-set to achieve and exceed sales targets within a competitive and everchanging market environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Hit daily and monthly KPIS focussed on call activity, pipeline built and deals closed
  • Be an expert in Healthcare institutions including the NHS and key software solutions used by them.
  • Work in collaboration with teams across the business including Customer Success, Pre Sales and Marketing
  • Contribute sowards the EDQ Roadmap providing competitor insight and industry specific propositions.
  • Maintain and share a comprehensive understanding of products, competitors and use cases.
  • Achieve targets and forecast
  • Regular attendance at sales/pipeline/opportunity reviews

Qualifications

  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
  • Curiosity to build considerable knowledge and be considered an expert by clients, colleagues and industry peers.
  • Organised and with Experience maintaining an organised and up-to-date pipeline of opportunities
  • Experience managing large accounts working in a matrix organisation
  • Experience within a software sales background, ideally data governance.
  • Proven Sales methodology training.
