About the Role...
As the Safeguarding Quality, Performance and Improvement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring compliance, and enhancing service effectiveness. You will lead a team of Social Care Support Officers and work closely with service managers, Business Intelligence, and multi-agency partners to deliver high standards and excellent outcomes for vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities...
- Lead the implementation of quality and improvement initiatives across the Safeguarding Adults Service.
- Oversee performance dashboards and service intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain robust quality assurance processes.
- Provide expert analysis of performance data and support teams in addressing service issues.
- Represent the service in meetings and contribute to strategic planning and governance.
- Lead targeted support initiatives to reduce risk and improve safeguarding outcomes.
What We're Looking For...
- HCPC registration (essential).
- Significant experience in quality improvement, performance management, and data analysis.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
