Job Description
We're looking for a Risk and Resilience Senior Analyst to join our Governance, Risk and Controls team. This role is key to ensuring compliance with Group Policies and applying the Group Risk Framework consistently. You'll focus on risk management, oversight, and reporting across IT, operational, and regulatory change, helping optimise risk management and support senior leadership decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting IT, business, and regulatory change by embedding effective systems and controls
- Undertaking analysis and preparing reports and presentations to drive actions and improvements
- Overseeing and reporting change management risks to demonstrate compliance with Group Policies
- Reviewing and embedding control enhancements to meet regulatory and Group requirements
- Supporting GDPR reviews, data breaches, and personal data requests
- Assisting with operational resilience activities including component testing and stress tracking
- Attending governance meetings and providing guidance on Group Policy requirements
- Ensuring good conduct and fair customer outcomes are central to decisions and actions
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in risk management, governance, or data analysis within a regulated industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Knowledge of technology and operational resilience principles
- Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Degree educated (desirable) or equivalent experience in a comparable role
- Adaptability and openness to new ideas and ways of working
