Our continued growth and commitment to the evolution of RSM into a Digital First business, with infrastructure fit for the future, presents a rare opportunity for a Risk & Compliance Systems Manager to play a key role in supporting the systems and processes that form an essential (and regulated) element of the firm's operations.
Working alongside our Head of Risk and as part of a wider risk, compliance, and assurance team, you would support the team to maintain and manage the systems that the teams rely on to provide critical services to the business. This would include:
- making configuration changes
- monitoring system performance and efficiency
- being a key driver of change when enhancing existing systems and launching new ones
- managing data migration and accuracy
You'll make an impact by:
- Providing day-to-day support to:
- system owners to make configuration changes, and monitoring system performance, including periodic reporting and surfacing data to identify issues or process 'bottlenecks'
- business users, responding to queries and being the key point of contact and facilitator to resolve system issues with the relevant technology development teams
- Providing input into the development roadmap for the relevant systems based on known issues or valuable improvements
- Supporting change management when relevant or connected systems are being enhanced, including in relation to data migration
- Ensuring system owners and business users are aware of system issues or 'downtime', with advance notice provided where possible, and providing additional support and guidance during these periods
- Producing monthly and quarterly dashboards on operational data sourced from the relevant systems for presentation to leadership
What we are looking for:

- Experience in managing systems, stakeholders, and juggling competing workstreams
- Built strong and trusted relationships, whilst also holding people to account to deliver to deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, specifically capable of being clear, concise, and precise
- A keen eye for detail, but is also able to stand back and see the "wood for the trees"
- For those with less experience, we will also consider hiring at Assistant Manager level
