We have a fantastic new role within Compare the Market, we are recruiting for a Rewards Proposition Manager.
The Rewards Proposition Manager's purpose is to develop the customer propositions, ensuring the way Rewards shows up holistically to CtM customers is effectively prioritised and optimised to drive performance in line with agreed goals. Contribute to the development and delivery of the Rewards strategy to drive engagement from our customer base and deliver stand out creative executions. Effective management and governance of external partnerships for Rewards.
You'll have the chance to work with some of the biggest partners in the UK, across a variety of sectors, and will be involved in large scale creative through the line marketing campaigns. You'll ideally bring:
- Demonstrable experience in a Rewards, Loyalty, or Partnership marketing space, with ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Experience in Proposition and Product management and development
- A collaborative style, driving deliverables through influence and trust
- A solutions focused attitude with the ability to identify CX issues and effectively troubleshoot
- The ability to multi-task and prioritise numerous workstreams across our wider Rewards program
- Attention to detail, able to critically review plans in line with key objectives
- Understanding how to collect and use data that can drive effective decision making
- Ability to forecast and plan our key metrics in alignment with internal processes and requirements

Responsibilities include:
- Execution of Rewards proposition - support on managing our key marketing partnerships, create the roadmap and shape the backlog for prioritisation. Management of internal and external tech & customer teams to ensure efficiency of programme
- Responsible for product messaging and positioning for Rewards propositions; work with Marketing teams to develop toolkits for consistent execution in line with brand guidelines for assets and TOV
- Engaging with matrix teams across Mobile, Data & Comms to drive deliverables against strategy
- Evolve Rewards KPIs, validating growth opportunities and actively managing performance vs plan
- Drive good customer outcomes through continuous improvement and innovation of experiences
- Nurture strong cross-functional relationships that enables first class execution; leading plan delivery with matrix teams define solutions that provide the best possible route to an agreed customer and commercial outcome
